Gail Madison is the Founder and Director of The Madison School of Etiquette and Protocol. Started in 1998, the school champions the advancement of civility, integrity and excellence in social and business arenas.  Ms. Madison’s popular seminars blend humor with solid instruction in the fine art of good manners and she leads these seminars for clients including The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania, New York University, The University of Delaware, St. Joseph’s University as well as large pharmaceutical, financial and other corporations.

The Etiquette Revolution was developed by Gail Madison as a response to her research indicating that far too many American business people have inadequate knowledge of long standing and often unspoken rules governing social and business interaction.

Recognized by the National Speaker’s Association, Ms. Madison frequently serves as an expert resource for journalists who include, national Television and Radio broadcast affiliates. She has appeared on CBS, ABC, Fox News, CN8 and various radio programs including frequent appearances on the Michael Smerconish Show: WPHT Radio 1210 AM Philadelphia. Ms. Madison serves as Mr. Smerconsish’s etiquette advisor Ms. Madison has been featured in nationally recognized publications such as Businessweek.com, USA Today, The Washington Post, The Philadelphia Inquirer, The Philadelphia Business Journal and many others. Ms. Madison is a graduate of the Protocol School of Washington, D.C. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Arcadia University.

An active, executive Board member of numerous businesses and organizations, Ms. Madison serves in an advisory capacity for “Leadership Montgomery County” (PA), where she resides as well as on the Abington Memorial Hospital Business Advisory Counsel.
